Terms of Use

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and Not Be Limited (“we”, “us”) for the 18 Browser iOS and Android app and the website at 18-plus.app. By using 18 Browser, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use 18 Browser.

How we handle information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older. By using 18 Browser you confirm that you are 18 or older.

The service

18 Browser is a web browser. It can open the open web, including sites meant only for adults. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for third-party websites, content, products, or services you access through 18 Browser.

Acceptable use

You agree to use 18 Browser only in ways that are lawful where you are. You must not use 18 Browser for any illegal purpose. You are responsible for how you use the app, including which sites you visit and any features you enable.

Accounts and browsing time

Some features require an Apple or Google account. Free browsing time is limited. Signing in may grant one hour of browsing time, once per account. You can earn more time by watching ads or by purchasing a plan.

You are responsible for activity on your account.

Passcode

You may set an optional passcode so others who pick up your device cannot open 18 Browser. If you are signed in, a hash of that passcode may sync across your devices. We cannot recover a forgotten passcode.

Purchases

Subscriptions and lifetime access are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account. Plans may auto-renew until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple or Google subscription settings. Billing, refunds, and cancellation are handled by Apple or Google under their terms. Restore purchases from the paywall if you reinstall or change devices.

Network routing

To load pages, 18 Browser may send traffic through our infrastructure. We do not promise that any particular site will load, that routing will always be available, or that using 18 Browser is permitted everywhere you might be.

Disclaimer

18 Browser is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content you access is accurate, available, or lawful in your location.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Not Be Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of 18 Browser. Our total liability for any claim relating to 18 Browser will not exceed the amount you paid us for 18 Browser in the twelve months before the claim, or ten US dollars, whichever is greater.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using 18 Browser at any time and may delete your account in Settings. We may suspend or stop providing 18 Browser, or your access to it, if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date will change when we do. If you keep using 18 Browser after an update, you accept the revised terms.
